Another Winner!

We have another winner for a healthy meal. The kids (especially Haley) love pork chops that are smothered in mushroom gravy so I was causiously optomistic when I came across this recipe. When the verdic came in it was very positive. Haley even asked for seconds (that is saying ALOT!) These pork chops go really well with grilled veggies, steam asparagas, or a salad. Go ahead try it and let me know what you think. Stay tuned who knows what I will post next.

Garlic and Soy Grilled Pork Chops
Serves 4

Ingredients

4 boneless center-cut pork loin chops, trimmed of all visible fat
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Fresh herbs, for garnish

Instructions
Cover the pork chops all over with soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Coat a grill rack or broiler-pan rack with cooking spray. Preheat the grill or broiler.

Cook the pork chops 4" from the heat, turning once halfway through cooking time, for 10 to 12 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted in the center of a chop registers 155°F and the juices run clear. Garnish with the herbs.

This can easily be double to serve a larger family.
